The Policy on Preventing Sexual Exploitation, Abuse, and Harassment of the International Charitable Foundation "Ukrainian Women's Fund" (hereinafter referred to as the UWF) contains provisions on the processes of prevention, counteraction, and response to cases of sexual violence and harassment.
The Ukrainian Women’s Fund adheres to a policy of zerotolerance for any forms of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment. Theseconstitute violations of human rights and an abuse of power over individuals invulnerable situations or in subordinate positions.
